Whiteout

Yep, it's a white saddle. With a purple seat. Looks like it was painted with white paint, and the purple seat makes it look kind lavender in this light. How long before the paint starts to wear off on your clothes? And can you imagine trying to keep this CLEAN? You couldn't oil it, it wouldn't soak in, and I bet the paint flakes off at the drop of a hat. Really people? Why on earth do you keep producing this crap? Are that many people actually buying it?

  1. It is just ugly, no doubt about it but, to me, it doesn't look painted. It looks like that pale, pale, leather that was trying to be stylish last year. This just reminds me of the albino rabbits with the pink eyes....creepy.

  4. saraha4d: I kept wondering what was wrong with it.......besides, of course, the fact that it is hideously ugly and poor quality.

  5. It almost looks like they are marketing towards the draft crowd, but at least the draft crowd with their white leather bridles for in hand- look well made. Unlike this thing. I'll pass.

  6. I would not have purchased this for my drafts nor so the white bridle(why?). It would have looked like crap on the greys and stuck out like a sore thumb on the blacks. No.

  7. The only well-crafted white saddles I've ever seen were intended for "trick" riders.

This is not one of those saddles.

Um, yeah. Some do. Not all, but some. Enough that there IS a market for this crap. Which some of us wish there wasn't.

SURE you can do a tricks with this saddle. If by tricks you mean riding with no stirrups (they fell off) and the horn ends up in your hands because it popped off. Maybe you'll end up riding on your horse's side because the D-ring stitching came loose.
