Tell ya the truth, the pink dosen't look so bad on this horse, it kind of works for him. I just love his facial expression.

The Blahs

Wow, this is just a very "blah" saddle isn't it? The grayish leather in no way complements the garish purple accents. It comes with a matching and equally "blah" bridle and breastcollar. The little purple "corner plate" really offends me for some reason.

Scary Pink Saddle of the Week

OMG HOLY CRAP THAT'S LOUD. Wow, the saddle itself is not so bad, really, it is just all of the sequins, rhinestones, tinsel fringe, and neon pink halter that makes the overall picture so frightful and eyeball searing.

Time Capsule Tacky

Ooh! Remember when this was one of the colors Wintec saddles came in? The tacky saddle phenomenon is not a recent development folks. Of course this was when Wintecs didn't cost nearly as much as a nice leather saddle. Sigh, the good old days.

Another Quality Saddle

Wow, there seems to be no shortage of these crappily constructed, fugly, cheapo saddles out there. I THINK this is a synthetic, but not entirely sure. Bleh. What a hunk of junk.

High Quality

Wow, doesn't this look sturdy? Looks like it's made of posterboard. I wouldn't trust this on ANYTHING including the saddle stand. Wow, saddle quality FAIL.

Torture Device Thursday

OMGWTF!!?? You have got to be kidding. Not available in the US? I should hope not. This is a Charro Scissors Training bit that a reader sent me the eBay auction for. Here is the ad text.

We can see that English is not our first language. I like how they say that you can forget about regular training bits. So, you just tack up your greenie for the first ride and shove this thing in their mouth and 75% of your training is done? Wow, really? And you get the broken jaw for free!

Can you imagine the amount of leverage this thing applies?
